IICRC OCT - Odor Control Technician - LIVE STREAM

IICRC’s OCT certification course covers olfaction and odor, odor sources, detection process, theory of odor control, equipment, chemical options and applications. The student will learn how to address odors caused from biological sources such as decomposition, urine contamination, and mold, combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage, and chemical sources such as fuel oil spills or volatile organic chemicals. This course is required for the IICRC Master Restorer designation.

$189.00/person  *Students will be emailed a PDF manual the week prior to class. Written cancellation must be received 7 days prior to class in order to receive a refund. For cancellations made less than 7 days prior to class, no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.

Continuing Education Credits: IICRC 14 CEC HOURS

COURSE REQUIREMENTS:

One student per registration fee.

Computer with video and audio capabilities plus microphone and camera are required to take both the course and proctored exam.

A strong, stable internet connection is required.

We ask that you log in to Zoom at least 15 minutes prior to the course start time to ensure your technology is working.

The CRA is not responsible for any technology or connectivity issues that result in the student missing the live stream course. The instructor will be unable to provide IT support. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason including connectivity problems. Please see the Zoom website for system requirements, prior to registration. EXAM INFORMATION:

Exam Fee: $80.00 payable to the IICRC at https://www.iicrc.org/page/LiveStreamExamRegistration (this is in addition to the course registration fee). Students will have 45 days to complete the exam from the last date of the course.
