Members of the CRA will be provided services that give them an advantage in the cleaning and restoration industry. Our meetings, training programs and online services create an opportunity to network and share information that will support and enhance your business. Discounts on programs and purchases, will more than cover the cost of membership.
CRA Technical articles are mailed quarterly to members. They are also available online in the “Member’s Only” area of the CRA website.
CRA Select Member Program
CRA has created an opportunity for its Regular Members to participate in a Marketing Program that is designed to help buyers of their services to differentiate them from the competition. This program is open to CRA Regular Members Only.
CRA Insurance Program
The CRA has selected Eclipse Marketing and Insurance Services to provide it's members with specialized insurance coverage. The new CRA-Advantage Insurance Program is designed specifically for CRA members.
CRA is working in cooperation with Experience Events to provide an annual convention. CRA Members receive a discount of $100 per attendee to "The EXPERIENCE" Convention in Las Vegas as well as the "The EXPERIENCE" Conference in Dallas/Frisco, Texas.
As a CRA member, you are entitled to discounts on technical courses, books and workshops offered or sponsored by CRA.
CRA headquarters will provide members with assistance in management, technical procedures, marketing and other business needs. In cases where assistance is needed in an area of expertise outside of the headquarters staff's abilities a referral will be made to available outside consultants or experts.
The Newsletter is designed to provide CRA Management a vehicle to communicate with the Membership. In addition, the Newsletter will provide up-to-date industry news and program scheduling. When there are special purchase pricing or discounts offered by suppliers and manufacturers, they will be advertised in the Newsletter. We will include a section that will feature information on industry leaders, members or allied organizations.
The CRA is affiliated with several laboratories and test facilities that have agreed to provide special pricing to CRA members.
Website Presence and Referral Program
Included in the CRA website will be an area for consumers to search for qualified and trained Cleaning and Restoration Professionals. Each member will have their company information listed as well as space for you to personalize your message to the public. We ask that you list your areas of expertise and credentials. This provides an opportunity for your company to have its unique personality and skill set be featured in your listing.
Programs have been developed to encourage the public to use CRA membership. This public relations program is designed to created relationships between your prospective clients and you. Specialized programs will be offered to targeted markets that feature participating companies.
When disaster strikes, CRA will create and distribute press releases directing customers to CRA members in their area. Periodically CRA will send out press releases on relevant subjects that are related to current news items. The ultimate goal is to generate name recognition for CRA membership.
